Nesika Rifles?

I was just wondering if there are any Nesika owners out there. If so what do you think of them. Are they worht the money? Any info any one has about these rifles would be greatly appreciated!

Their complete rifles are pretty expensive. I have built several rifles on their actions. You can build exactly what you want after buying the action cheaper than buying the complete rifle.

I think they are the best action there is. Although for 1000 yard matches there are a couple as good, but no better.

Absolute top quality, no question about it. A good example of what can be done with modern CNC machining.

Thanks Jack! I went to their website and could find no prices on actions or rifles. I guess they want people to call. If you know (ballpark) what their actions go for that would be greatly helpful. Thanks again for the info!

Barry,
Thier actions are 900-950. in almost any configuration you want- bolt on either side, port on either side, or both sides for a little extra- I believe. I had their price sheet around here somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment.

As Jack has already said-they are up there on top with Kelby-stolle, Bat, Stiller-Viper, Farley, and the rest of the BR actions.

The Bat is a new one that is claiming to be the best. They run around 1150.

I believe their motto is something like "Buy the best, and only cry once!"

Here is some prices on them in different configurations from Bruno's Supply....

It is just splitting hairs, since they are so close, but I think the Nesika is slightly better than the others Mike listed. The Borden is close, but not as well finished.

They are rather speciality items, but the Tubb and the CG Millenium, are absolutely tops. Neither as pretty as the Nesika.

The price of a complete Nesika rifle ranges from $3440 to $5560 plus options.

I don't know if Tubb sells actions, but all the rest of the better actions are around $1000. You add $1200-$2000 for everything else.

I like the cheaper Wichita, which is under $700. It is not in the same class as the Nesika, but very good, although not as pretty, or quite as accurate. I do like the short bolt throw of a 3 lug action.

Thanks again for the great info guys! I am dreaming in advance. All of my bills should be paid in full as of Jan 1. Trying to decide if my first attaboy will be a custom gun or an Armalite .50 BMG.

Thanks again!
Barry

Yup, custom, for sure.

I'm partial to Nesika's myself. But, the BAT is real, real nice - that's what my next one is going to be.

The best bargain, to my mind, is the Viper that Stiller makes.
