Should have no problem if there new but I would send em through the sizer next time /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

If your loading for a bolt rifle I would just neck size them and deburr, I see little need in FL for a bolt rifle as the majority of brass is built below size to fit in all kinds of guns. A neck sizing die will help you save stretching on your brass, I only FL after they start to get sticky closing the bolt. Follow manufactures directions to setup FL die to get minimum head space and a good investment is the hornady head space gauge!

go a head and FL resize the new brass, I've yet to have any new brass be touched by the sides of the sizer when FL sizing.

You'll just wind up straightening the necks, then Check trim lenght, trim if needed, debur and load.

Yeah I have always resixed all new brass just because I felt that way I had a uniform lot and all brass would be perfectly equal when trying to develope loads for a new rifle.

It just insures that all the necks are straight. But I have done the same thing you have in the past ans just loaded some up and they were fine. So who knows.

You should size the brass with a FL or neck sizing die to straighten out the necks, you should have seen some of them bent up.

Also, you don't want to just de-burr the inside of the case neck, you should put a very heavy chamfer on the case mouth. This heavy chamfer acts as a bullet "guide" as the bullet gets started into the neck keeping the base of the bullet from getting nicks on it...I can't stress this enough. If the base of the bullet has a nick in it, gases will escape from that nick as the bullet starts to exit the muzzle causing it to push the bullet off a little.

Accuracy is a relative thing, what is enough accuracy for you?

I always FL size and trim to minimum length with new brass thjat way I know I am starting with them all exactily the same. I have found a lot of new brass has variations as much as .002 or.003 in length, necks bent almost closed or mouths with bevels out of round ect. Best to run them all to the same size and lengths. Heck I got three hundred NEW primed 243 WSSM cases a while back and all the mouths were oversized to 25 WSSM dimensions use of my 243WSSM sizer with the primer punch backed out took care of that. But had I just started loading them I would not have been able to keep any bullets seated, they all would have been loose.
