NEW........ EDGE JOKER DECOY

well... I just called cabelas and told them to cancel the order... because I'm having second thoughts about this decoy over the primos stray cat.
 
Another gimmick decoy I have to say.
Read my stray cat report in the predator section...may help you stay from both...hahah.

Hey TR. In the one video about the Screaming Joker decoy/caller combo unit, Rick says that speaker puts out around 125-126 DB's with most sounds.

That's right up there with some of the decibel #'s I've read on the CS24. I know that little speaker is not going to be near as loud as a CS24.

Have you been around the Screaming Joker? What you say about it's volume? Thanks.

I have not used the edge & I didnt say I did as you know. I do say they, (all MFGs) are good promoting the "this is it" gimmicks to get us callers to buy. So thus "another gimmick" IMO. I am no expert you know that.
You saw it do a fair job & so I ask, Will you be using one now for all your calling?
Gimmicks are what we all use to call coyotes with, some work and others dont as we know.

I actually Tested The dbs, And thats what it puts out. But its not anywhere near as loud as A cs24

I don't know...looked pretty good to me. It sure had the 2 cats mesmerized, LOL. And the way the one coyote came in balls to the wall and grabbed it, was pretty convincing! I've bought plenty of gimmicks in the past, heck, I've even bought a couple of Foxpro's that worked out. I'm going to keep my eye on this one. Greg
 
as the cs24 isn't a krakatoa, the kat attakk and screamin' joker aren't a cs, probably more like the FX series, IMO. BUT, they both worked. I think the joker is really going to shine around bobcats, but Rick showed me that coyotes work it pretty good too. I like the fact that I can make the decoy move when I want it to move, instead of constant movement. And yes Jim, I will be using a screamin' joker, once I get healed up and can get back out there.
 
Hope that foot gets better real fast TR. Without you providing incentive for Killin Kelly and btech, they probably won't kill to much.

Hey Rick,

Is the Joker Decoy capable of being plugged into an electronic caller and then being operated from the e-call remote? That would be awesome if it were. It would eliminate the need for two remotes, yet you could still have the option of using the decoy remote when hand calling. This decoy definately has my interest. Thanks.
