I have a 20 Guage New England Firearm. It was my first gun that I recieved when I was 11 years old. It has been in the back of my gun safe for years now every now and then I get it out and take it deer hunting. I was wondering if you could switch the barrels out on that like you do a T/C Encore and make it a centerfire rifle? I tried to look it up online but I couldnt find anything on it. Do any of you guys know if you can switch barrels out for these

Most likely your shotgun has a shotgun only frame(weaker heat treat). If they will even add a barrel to an older gun (iffy), you are still stuck with limited selection. Do go ahead and check their website. Have your serial # handy. It tells what will work.

Look at the website and read the FAQ section of Graybeard Outdoors.

It is almost certain an SB1 frame which you could not put rifle barrels on, other than .357/.44. You can, however, fit other shotgun barrels. The H&R website explains how to distinguish between SB1 and SB2 frames.
