New Frontier Lower/ Timney Trigger

I am building my first ar and have a New Frontier lower. I purchased a Timney 3 lb trigger for it and have the recommended piece of sheet metal to keep the set screws from drilling into the polymer from Timney on the way. I was doing a little research on how to install the trigger and have seen a few different places that you cannot put a Timney trigger in a NF lower, where they say it wont fit? Is this true or are these people mistaken? I also my FFL has the upgrade kit that NF sent out. Thanks

A Timney will fit and function in the NFA LW-15 lowers. Call the store and anyone there can help you. 702-479-1470.

Use a set of KNS anti rotation pins and you won't need to use the tension screws in the Timney trigger or a plate to prevent damage from the tension screws.

The trigger itself on the Timney drop-in units are a bit long compared to a standard trigger. It may need slight fitting in order to clear the trigger guard on the NFA lower.

I put a RRA NM trigger in my plum crazy, Joe Bob's had them for $85. Works great. I used steel pins and a steel safety.
