New Johnny Stewart calls

I see there are two new Johnny Stewart calls again. I purchased their attractor max a year ago to get a couple of his sounds, but was extremely disappointed in the quality. I wouldn't have even called it an entry level caller because if it was below 20 degrees it wouldn't work. Sounds were quite good though. Loved his pup distress and Jack buffet. The quality of the call was so poor that I don't know if I could ever buy from HS ever again. Now I see Les Johnson is their prostaffer and wonder how he would team with them and associate his name with a bad caller? The reviews around the net on their higher end calls aren't encoureging either. These two callers the GS1 & GS 2 don't really get me excited about purchasing one of these callers either. I wish those sounds were compatible with my foxpro caller.

He has a TV show and needs sponsors. Plain and simple. He started with FoxPro then extreme dimensions. Just like Steve Criner went from JS to flextone and Al Morris from JS to FoxPro.

Something goes south on one end or the other and someone is looking for a new sponsor, employer, prostaff etc. Dont get to caught up in who works for who. Let the product speak for it self.

Links, for a small investment, less then 20 dollars and a little bit of your time. Johnny Stewart sounds can easily be placed onto your Foxpro or any other caller that plays MP3 or wav sound formats. I have converted the entire Johnny Stewart sound library and they sound very nice out of my fury and cs24.

I used an EZCAP less then 15 dollars from eBay. It will come with a free version of audacity and very simple instructions on how to use it. Next look on eBay or beg and borrow from all your friends any Johnny Stewart cassettes. Here are 3 Johnny Stewart sounds that are must have, CT101D super Jack, CT116A squealing bird, and CT163 Coyote pup distress. I will throw in a shameless plug for a couple Burnham Bros sounds as well, Kansas JackRabbit and Coyote pups fighting. If you like to call Raccoons Dennis Kirks coon puppies 1 and coon puppies 2 are cassettes worth finding.

With not much time and effort you can gain access to a whole new varity of sounds. Good luck if you get started and have any questions feel free to PM me

Yeah, I get that crapshoot. Thanks for the info lowtempguru. Sounds like more work than it is worth when you hand call 80% of the time. I'll stick with my FoxPro for now cuz the sounds are good and it works when I push play even in the cold weather.
