Never thought I would want my caller that far away.  When I use an e-caller it is nearly always within shotgun range.  Even when using a rifle the caller is seldom more than 40 yards away.  But I hunt mostly steep hills and heavy timber or brushy creek bottoms.  Occasionally I hunt mixed cover farmland with open pastures.  When I hunt farms I am still using any available cover for the coyote to approach with more confidence and the caller is pretty close to me.  Different strokes I guess...
