well almost 200 rounds down the pipe and no good groups here is what I have tried cci large rifle primers in all. 75g vmax with h4350 87vmax h4350 90g eldx h4350 103eldx h4350. 75g vmax varget can not get a group smaller than 1.5-2 inches what other powder should I try also just ordered some federal large rifle primers to try I have shot 65,90,95,100gr factory loads with same results any suggestions will be greatly appreciated very first group I shot with with rifle was 0.75 inch and 2nd group and everyone after was 1.5+

Primers are generally a slight tweak to a load, not a fix. Could the crown/muzzle have been damaged by cleaning rod/jag? Ignition issues will open up groups(slight hang fires). Obviously a scope issue can pop-up suddenly and groups open up as reticle/lens shift shot to shot. Mount/ring screws can break also, A couple thousandth movement will be 1-2" at 100 yards. Lots to check.

pulled the rifle apart pulled barrel and started there torqued everything barrel cleaned threw out the shooting didn't change anything scope came off my 6mm Creedmoor where it was fine and placed back on 6mm Creedmoor to verify that it was good what other powders should I be trying

This does not sound like an issue that can be fixed with a change in any reloading component. Unless, you were to try lighter bullets, as everything you listed leans to the heavier side. Poor with factory loads.......poor with handloads.......sounds like a poor barrel to me 🤔

I don't understand how the first group can be .75" and everything afterward is double that size. Have you reshot the first group loading to see if it will consistently group sub-MOA with that load?

No help here but good luck. I came really close to buying a Sig Cross until I watched a few videos about it being hit or miss. I think it was a video by MAC or Mitary Arms Channel that eventually turned me away. I ended up getting a Sprinfield Waypoint.
Hopefully you find a good load for it.

The groups are very similar to an AR when the barrel nut isn't torque properly. That rifle also has a barrel extension that can be removed as part of a barrel change, the barrel could be shifting in the barrel extension. Just a few thousandth would result in random, open groups like you are seeing.

In my Tikka T3X Super Lite in 243 Win, I worked up a load using IMR 4064 and Barnes 80 gr TTSX bullets. My load is highly accurate and I had to spend quite a bit of time working up the load because there is no load data for that bullet and 4064 in any reloading manuals.

How’s the flex in the stock hinge? I did a work up for a friend and his Sig Cross. It was a little tricky just getting that thing bagged up to try and shoot groups. The TRAX looks even more challenging. Hope you get it worked out. It looks like a great little packable rifle if you can get it to shoot for you.
