nikon m-223 irt scope

Looked at one. It has really nice features, but the optics were not as sharp as the other m223 scopes I looked at. Also the top portion of the scope is cut off to display the yardage.

Air, I had the pleasure of doing some shooting with that scope back in June. Fortunately we had a cool day here in texas and it was only 104 deg. in the shade. I put 1000 rounds of .223 down range, swaaped scope to .308 and put another 1000 rounds down range. Got the barrel so hot I melted my rest to it. Not one issue, groups as good at the end as the beginning. Of course this took me 7 hours to do and thank goodness I had my son to do some of the shooting as well. I really liked the tracking and heads up display. Yes, it does take away the top viewing section but the readout is easy to see and buttons placed in an ergonomic way. I enjoyed shooting it and I am looking at getting one for my AR .243.
Drop me a note if you have more questions.
