I just purchased a Savavge Edge 22-250. Im really considering the Nikon Prostaff 3-9x50 BDC scope for It. Anyone else useing It? What do you think of It? Anybody got some pictures of one mounted to your rifle?

I would recommend the other reticles. I DO like the Coyote BDC but not the original BDC. Just go with a Niko-plex and be done with it. The ProStaff is the best scope in that price bracket, hands down. I own a couple, not the 50mm's just the 40's.

I do like the original BDC reticle. I will likely consider this same scope or a buckmaster.

As for the Coyote Special, I have nothing against it, but it seems high priced to me, perhaps because it is new. Another quibble, they could have something in the center of the biggest circle to help sight in.

I have three ProStaff's in a BDC reticle on various rifles.. I like the reticles.. IMO you won't find a btter scope for the money..

Here's one of ours on the wifes Winchester

The Coyote Special is a Buck master under the camo. That is the difference in price from the Pro Staff. I do like the Pro Staff AND Buck masters. There is a noticeable difference between the 2 sets of glass. With that said the Pro Staff is THE BEST scope in the price range. Maybe even some of the higher priced ones!
