Finally caught my first bobcat in the cage traps I purchased this past summer. To say the least I was pumped. It was a small young female that I ended up letting go to grow up for next year...Enjoy!!

Great cat video. What types of bait and lure did you use.

I haven't used any bait yet. I wouldn't have a clue as what TO USE.. Lure was Powder River Cat Call combined with some skunk essence mixed with lanolin, and bobcat urine at the door. Lots of polyfill, vhs tape and walmart bag for flagging.

I will have to try the powder river cat call. Several people have recommended it. The caging looks a lot easier than building cubby sets. Next year I am going to have some cages.

Hauling cages around with you couldn't possibly be easier or more effective than using conventional traps/snares.
