Well, if any of you guys have read the post on BSA you know I recently had one of their scopes destroy itself atop my 22-250 this week.
I'll spare you the details and get to the point. The BSA had come with the gun when I bought it and now that it's out of the picture I started looking for options.
The local Ma and Pop shop I like to buy my gear from stopped carrying Leupold! Sort of a bummer and another topic no less. So last night I looked at a Pentax Lightseeker 6-24x 50mm objective, mil-dot reticle, 30mm tube, side adjustable objective. Anybody own one that has any opinions...or any opinions on Pentax in general would be welcome.
I'm trying to plan a hunt for this weekend so it's crunch time! I don't want to fall back on my 243 if I don't have to.
