A good hunter is only going to need one or two shots anyhow.
A semi armed idiot will blow off a whole mag at somthing he was not able to hit anyway wounding game and endangering others.Sooory to bust your bubble but semis are not really needed for most hunting.
Saying that I have to confess i am building an AR just for Prarie dog and Yotes. Here semis are limited to a five round mag 4+1 in the chamber. .22's are forbidden for deeror any other "Big Game" Someone had what they thought was a good reason for these laws, they may have been misinformed or had an agenda. the anti hunters are all over the place trying to find reasons to mount protests over us inhuman hunters. But when the deer heards over populate and begin starving they do nothing but obstruct sound game managment /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif sorry rant off
