yes, absolutely it is an idiot problem, not a gun problem. Unfortunately, PA has a LOT of idiots and a very high density of hunters. It's scary just to be out there with bolt, lever, and pump guns blasting away. Nobody will ever admit to it, but here in PA people like to unload their magazines as long as the animal is still moving, whether their first shot looked good or not. Thats why I like to hunt at night, and in bow season. I've heard too many ricochets and been peppered by too many shotgun pellets to count. Semis are the last thing we need here.
