Cedar Whackers are people that generally come from areas that have lots of cedar trees & they go out with saws/axes to cut & sell posts & stays for fences....

They only cut enough to get their beer money for the day.

I don't know guys, seems to me lots of folks have similar survival kits when getting through hard times...don't reckon I ever heard about anyone drinking the "got flooded out blues" away though.
