plumcrazy lower

my nephew is wanting to build a AR after comming to visit me.I told his Dad to buy a upper from moble 1 sale and look at buying a plumcrazy lower complete and as time goes on he can add to the gun.Where can you buy them?
 
I got mine from Guns and Grease which is a sponsor on the board. I just got it picked up yesterday. I like the weight reduction alot.

Also he can get some good priced uppers as well. I also got a DTI 16" flat top upper from him and it is a good shooter and matches really well with the Plum Crazy lower.
 
I have been playing with the idea also. Does anyone know if you can swap out the internals like the trigger? I know they are supposed to be reliable but if something were to break I want to be able to quickly fix it.

Oh, and I love my Plum Crazy Firearms (PCF) lowers! Triggers are nice (but not as nice as my Timney which costs more than the PCF complete lower...)

We sell the Plum Crazy Lowers in all colors. Black is $119.95 shipped. These things fly off the shelf. We only have 1-2 left in Black and FDE at this time from our shipment that hit us 2 days ago.

We have another 100 hitting us on 9/16.

The triggers and fire control groups are completely "mil spec" and can be swapped out for any other triggers. Plum Crazy does not recommend putting their trigger group into other lowers, for liability reasons, but they should work in any other lower as well

The only complaint i have is the take down pins,,gotta be careful and pull them straight out,,or the detent will pop outa the slot and go flying....i hate being careful with anything AR related.
