Polaris ranger xp1000 gun rack

What's the best inside the cab gun rack for 2 AR style rifles with thermal scopes? Would like to get something that's not permanently attached so I could easily take it in and out as needed but yet hold our rifles securely

This style has sparked my intrest if anyone has experience with it? Or I am still open to any other gun rack that has worked for others on here

I've had one for a number of years. I shoot bolt guns, one of which is an RPR which is a similar frame as an AR. With the longer barrels and silencers they are to long to carry in the position shown in your picture without the muzzle hitting the floor, but we can carry them muzzle up just fine. In the Ranger crew no adjustment is needed but in a single cab with the long guns I have a block of high density foam cut to put in between the Seizmik and the seat back to make them stand up straighter and not hit the back window. It is very handy to just unbuckle it and move it to a pickup when needed. I would sure buy another if the need arises. The only major thing I wish they would do differently is put another inch between guns. The big scopes set very near each other. We simply put a small sponge in between the scopes and problem solved. They do rock from side to side a little in rough ground but that has never been a problem.

I also have a Kolpin vertical 2 gun mount that I used on a 900XP. It took quite a bit of retrofitting to make it solid and secure enough to suit me. I had to support it back to the seat, drill holes in the floor, remove the underbelly and add support under the floor. I just didn't think the poly floor would hold up to 25 pounds of gun swaying back and forth on rough ground. It was good once I did these things but semi permanent.

Thanks for the info and tips, I was wondering if suppressors being on the rifles would be to long in that position with the seizmik... i would rather add a block or 2 of foam to the seizmik as in having the vertical kolpin gun rack bolted down that wouldn't be near as handy to take in and out as needed when the daughter and wife are ridding around with me

I have this one (Seizmik ICOS) in my Ranger and really like it. I don't have rifles with thermal, but I believe it would work. I also put a set of those rubber finned U-shaped gun mounts on the oh-sh!t handle in front of the rear seat. That has been a good addition too.
