What are your rules for leaving a blind on public lands for a few days? I would think a blind that suddenly appears where there is no other cover to break it up will attract negative attention from any game.
For coyotes how about a ghillie suit and a mat to lay on?
For speedgoats how about a home made one of wood on a sled that you can pull into place with the atv a few days before the season? Probably your best bet for withstanding the wind.
