Possible bad Pulsar APS 3 battery?

I didn’t know where to post this but hopefully someone can answer. I just received a new XG50 today and an extra APS 3 battery. When charging both batteries in the provided charger, the APS 2 is charging fine but the APS 3 will only blink 1 red. I don’t think it’s the charger because when I switch the batteries around the 3 does it still and the 2 is charging. According to the online manual it says a single red light is 0-30% charged or not connected to a power supply. I haven’t tried charging the APS 3 in the scope yet. Thanks
 
Yep..Battery.
Shouldn't be any issue sending it back( aside from being a pia sending a defective new item back)to where you bought it and them sending new one.

I have seen some multi chargers do that.
No,it will charge both at the same time. I was sent a new battery and this one works.
