Powder graphite neck lube

Would powdered graphite mixed with #9 shot yield a better neck resizing consistency than the one shot lube or rcbs case lube I have been using? I am trying to get most consistent neck tension as possible( I anneal every third firing). Mike.

Hornady sells a little kit that is cheap, has brushes and you dip the case mouth in powdered graphite and clean the neck at the same time.

If you invest in this little cheap tool, you will have a much more consistent neck tension in many loads that I have used.

If you add bushing dies, you will be in great territory.

I think that is my upgrade steps. A friend has a mega stash of dies,going to look through them for a 223 bushing die.
