Predator/Hog Hunting Trip: Where would you go?

So, my wife is going on vacation this summer for an entire week with her mother (since I hate hot weather, and beaches), as a way to get away from the stress of every day life. So she said I can have my trip next year.

I really want to hunt hogs, but I would also really like to hunt predators in a different environment. As of right now I'm not sure where to go for both. I've got 7 days, and live in western PA. Would prefer driving to my destination for the sake of simplicity (guns and gear and meat/skulls afterwards).

Any suggestions as to where a prime location would be for both of these hunts? I've been researching as much as I can, but work has really gotten my brain fried lately.

I've ruled out Florida, because I might get an opportunity there with the wife and kids tagging along. My wife's aunt and uncle moved down there and said if we'd like to visit, we could stay with them. So...rather not burn a lone vacation on something that might happen anyways! Ha-ha!

I was talking with a gentleman the other day, and he said in Kentucky they have hogs, coyotes, and mountain lions that all can be hunted. However, I've never really heard much about Kentucky until then.
