Predator Light Test....

Hi, not trying to highjack a thread but I thought this would be a good place to post this. I ordered my predator light on Saturday and much to my surprise it was in my mailbox today (Monday). I am really impressed ! I can’t believe the amount of light and the clarity in such a small package with no battery to lug around. I live close to my work and I always sneak out to check my mail so I brought my light to work. When it got dark, we took it outside and no one else could believe how bright it was. If the batteries last as long as they are advertised to be I will be extremely happy. I took it out on a quick hunting trip after my shift and it was great not having my battery pack. I didn’t call anything in. I am having problems believing I won’t need a red lens . I have always used one . I will give it shot without the lens and see what happens. The only negative thing was trying to find the button switch in the dark. However I think that will work it self out once I get more familiar with the light. I live in PA and hunt mostly fox ( I like to think I hunt coyotes but I am not very good with those) and consider myself an average predator hunter, so I am sure people with more experience can give a better review .

scott, i`m glad you like your PREDATOR LIGHT. you caught me a little off guard the other nite, i hunt with a scott cunningham in indiana, pa.

I ordered my Predator Light this evening! As far as dealing with both Charlie and Matt, I give them two thumbs up!!! Should have my light by the end of this week! And will have it in the coon hunting woods this weekend. Our night season for coyotes doesn't start until January, so I'll have plenty of time to play with it. If everything I've heard about this light is true, I'd say Matt will be hearing from a few of my buddies by early next week!

Chad, as we discussed earlier, good luck tonight and looking forward to hearing your opinions on this light!

chad, charlie & myself want to thank you for your review and the time you spent in making it, it was very nicely done. i know you like your red lens, but times are a changin....lol.

chad, give me a call this evening, thanks matt.

I have a question on the scope mount. How will the light attach and detach from the mount? Will it come on and off in the field so you could scan with it then attach it to your scope or will it require tools ? Could you also post on here when they will be available?

Thank You , Scott

scoot, the light will slip right into & out of the gun mounts easily so that you can scan. the mounts & lens caps will be available at the end of the month.
