Predator Supreme Decoy in action

There has been a lot of questions lately on Decoy selection. We have used the Predator Supreme decoy for over a year with great success. The great thing about the predator supreme is how it can make an unsuccesfull hunt turn out in your favor. We had the Predator supreme 30 yards in front of us in a open field. This coyote came from behind us and passed within 20 yards on the way to the decoy. Without the Decoy he would have likely stayed in the brush, busted us and been gone without us ever knowing. So with the aid of the decoy instead of a dry stand we have a video quality hunt. The Predator Supreme is by far the best decoy on the market. Light, portable, and highly effective, you just cant go wrong buying one. We look forward to hearing your success stories. Happy Hunting /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Just ordered mine this morning. do ya think it will be here by the time Im outta work?

I will be away this weekend anyways but hope to share some stories soon!

I have had my Predator supreme decoy for about two weeks, but haven't used it very much. The foour times I have used it nothing has even come to have a look,so I'm not sure of how well it works. It sure does have some movement to it though.
We are going out again this weekend and will have to try it again.

I would have to agree where a decoy with some motion would be more affective. Hell I have a little rodent decoy, it's tail sometimes catches a breeze and makes it wobble - helped bring in the years first yote. I plan to pick up the predator supreme or the predator enticer soon. Dunno which one yet.
txpred; nice picture ^5.

txpred,

Great shot! I couldn't agree more with you about the efficacy of this decoy. George Brint, the maker of this decoy is a heck of a nice guy and one fine predator hunter. I've had mine now going on three seasons and wouldn't consider using another decoy on the market.

I agree with txpred's comments.

I just got back from a 10 day calling trip in Southern Idaho and North-Central Nevada. We used a Predator Supreme decoy with postive results. We had one coyote 'pogo-sticking' over the sage, as he came in. Once he locked on the decoy, he went into crouch and stalk mode. He's now on the stretcher.

The only negative thing that I can say about the Predator Supreme, is that the decoy was a bit noisy when between calling sequences. We could definately hear it, but it didn't seem to effect the yotes.

Blake,
Your right Mr. Brint is very nice down to earth guy. Have you ever heard him call on his ALL-CAll. He can do anything from a cow Elk, Wiperwill, Bobwhite, not to mention distess sounds. I Bet he can do 50 different sounds. I havent had much experience with open reed calls but I am practicing. I can do barks, howls, distress sounds, and can almost replicate the sound TX Sniper makes when I miss.
TTEbbe,
The slight sound the decoy makes doesnt seem to bother them. I guess the motion outways anything else. By the time they figure out that something is wrong thay are too busy spinning and wondering what just bit them. Its true you can hunt successfully without the Predator Supreme, but who would want to.

I have this decoy as well. So far I've called in a bobcat and a coyote with it. I know the numbers aren't that impressive but these animals were dead locked on to this decoy. I actually use two different decoys. I have the predator supreme doing its thing, and I have a static crow decoy set five to six feet from it. It looks like the crow is waiting for the thing to die!

A funny result to the coyote that responded to this setup... The coyote came within, I'd say 30 feet from the setup. As my luck would have it, the darned crow fell over right at that time. The coyote startled and beat feet into the woods. I waited about 30 seconds and gave a couple short rabbit calls, and back he came. I busted him at about 100 yds.

Hey guys myself and txpred really stand behind our predator supreme. Like he said it has turned a few mess ups into successful hunts. They really help to get the attention off of the hunter.

The Predator Supreme is a great decoy! It really adds to the hunt. As far as decoy noise is concerned, it's a non-factor. I've had them almost nose to nose with the decoy!

George Brint is a heck of a nice guy and I hope he does well with his business venture. BTW, the All Call demo he does is impressive. Wish I could get mine to sound that good. It seems to be harder for me to produce quality sounds with is than some of my others but I've really not spent much time practicing with it. It is a quality call that obviously can produce a great array of sounds.
