Pretty good weekend

Just finished about 2 1/2 days in central SD. It was good to get out in the daylight again.
We shot 26 altogether. Only did 2 stands in the dark and shot 1. After hunting all day (and doing well), it's hard to find the ambition to go out at night.
I knew it was going to be good when we had 4 coyotes come together on the very first stand, and we got all 4 of them.

The next day, we had 6 come all together, but only managed 3. My buddy and I both shot the same yote on the first volley. It was that giant alpha male in the middle.

Shortest shot was 67 yards. Longest was 526. I'm pointing to the hill in the distance I was laying on. The coyote just flopped right over. The 22 Creedmoor with the 75 Hornady ELDM is magical.

Great hunt and inspiring story! That must be a very target rich environment.(y)

Awesome hunt! I built a 22Creed on a Tikka action as well, partly because I saw your videos. That 75 ELDM puts them down hard. I have not lost a single one since making the switch. Happy hunting!

Edit: I am a fan of the narrated videos as well.
