FWIW, I ran across this place that has primers in stock. Doesn't look like the prices are too bad either. They are pretty available where I live. But, maybe some of you aren't so lucky. Hope this can help some of you out.

Yup, now if only the bullet manufacturers can get caught up on their end. A lot of the less popular and specialty bullets have been back logged for months now.
 
while primers are pretty available where i'm at, the local gun shop has priced them at $4/hundred. not surprisingly, they have several cases of them on the shelf, now. i have noticed primer prices creeping up in other areas, but with a little diligence i can still find them at $3/hundred walk out w/ a few bricks at a time - so $3/hundred is profitable.
 
You got to remember he's from Illinois... Went down to my local shop and he had only 800 small pistol primers left, but he's ordering more!! But no problem here to find primers for small or large rifle primers though.
 
Just got back from Sportsmans Warehouse here. They have over 400,000 primers on the shelf. Lots of powder and bullets also.
