I use this RCBS bench priming tool (had it for 30 years now).

Takes up some bench space and requires a shell holder (unless you want to swap them back and forth with your press), but the feel is really good.
Sure got spendy over the years, though. 
Maybe look for a used one, they're pretty much unbreakable.
