I've used them all (with exception of the high $$$ sinclair ones) & it's hard to beat the old lee hand primer with a few "modifications" to it. I find it hard to believe that any other way would be quicker. After a little time of learning & a few tips, I can prime them as fast as I can pick them up.

Also if the primer packaging doesn't fit. Just hold the tray in your lap & open the primers by sliding them out letting it fall in the tray (just dump em in a row @ a time). Takes only seconds to shake them upright. Put the lid on & you've got 100 primed in less than 4-5 minutes if that.
