I've got a solution that is very effective but needs extreme care in the use. Be very careful with this.......ever hear of "fly bait" or "blue streak"?? It's a farmers answer to killing flys in the critter stalls but works very effectively on varmints.
You must be careful of any animals in the area as poison left out overnite is very non-selective.
This stuff is found at most farmer's supplies and co'ops. You mix it with a pepsi or coke in a small bowl which acts as an attractant. For squirrels you may have to mix it with peanut butter. I know a fella that uses it for 'coon and it kills them nearly instantly if mixed correctly.
The problem is when there are kids nearby or neighbors pets.....but if the location and need are in sync nothing will get rid of pests quicker or cleaner. Dcon will chase them into tight places looking for water or who knows where they will go to die and stink.
