prvi partizan brass

Anybody out there reload with any of this stuff? some of this ammo is insanely cheap. I thought about picking some up to plink with if the brass is decent.

I have got along pretty well with the .223 brass I have, has lasted a lot longer than some of the major manufactured brass when using mixed brass loads on prairie dogs.

I've been looking at this brass also, they usually have a lot of in stock at the local cabelas I go to, a lot of the time this will be the brass they have.

Be careful with the 6.5 Grendel ammunition and brass. It has all been recalled, but I have still been using the brass. It was something with some Grendel's having different chamber dimensions or something.

Or really that the brass was too soft.

I have had decent luck with it but I figured their "response" was not pointing to the real issue. I use it a lot hunting. If I forget to pick it up afterward, oh well!

Except for their match 308 and 6.5x55 ammo, one should not expect really good accuracy out of their ammo. Mind you, should do OK for your general purpose hunting/plinking. I've shot a fair amount of Prvi ammo and never a problem with any of it....all chambered well and fired.

Been using Prvi brass for reloading various cartridges for over 6 years now. Consider it pretty decent. Pick up a lot of brass at range I'm a member and most of the time I keep any Prvi brass I've found for reloading. Generally get a fair amount of reloads out of it. Very seldom have a problem with primer pockets loosening. Every once in awhile have had some that brass was on the hard side, so had to anneal it sooner than I normally would.

Recall an inquiry not that long ago on some gun site about Prvi brass. All replies were positive about Prvi. One of replies was from a guy who carefully checks all his new brass: weights them, checks necks to see it they need to be turned and etc. Basically his comment was, "its been consistently good"....recommended using it.

My one and only problem with it is that sometimes the .243 comes
a little shorter than the "trimmed" length. But I've seen that with
expensive brass as well.
