Those have been around for a long time, At one time false rumors were created stating they would be outlawed because rifling could not be traced with criminal use.
They were not real accurate and cost more. We used them on rockchucks with explosive results.
For coyotes it would be more accurate to use regular hunting loads and maybe less damage. certainly cheaper.
