PTR 91?

Anyone familiar with these guys? They make rifles chambered in .308 Win and 7.62x39, but I dont know if they are any good. Just curious if anyone has one or shot one?

Not saying Im going to buy one, but I have been looking at buying an AK to have something silly to shoot all day without breaking the bank.

I've heard good things about PTR in general but never shot one.

And thats 2-3 times more cash than a real decent AK

I wonder about accuracy?

My big holdup on an AK is the accuracy, but I guess you cant expect miracles from cheap ammo either.

I shoot a cetme. It is very similar to ptr. I dont know a ton about the ptr. It looks like a hk91, or a cetme. My cetme is fun to shoot. I tried a cheep b-square mount and scope on it, and I thought the rifle was awful. It was the mount. After all that, I began reloading and my cetme shoots very well with open sights. I shoot 150 fmjbt and 45 grains of varget. I never measured the group size, but is more accurate than my FAL. I did have feeding issues, but it was the magazines not the rifle. At cheaper than dirt surplus magazines are 1-2$ each, but plan on 1/2 not fitting. When I ordered I ordered 20 and I have 12 that fit. Anyways, my cetme is 308. If I were to do it again I would still get it. Heres a picture of the cetme.
