Pulsar trail xq50 question

I took my scope out to make sure it's still accurate after sitting for 6 months. I typically use the PIP for shooting and when I got it ready to shoot, I noticed the PIP reticle did not line up with the main reticle. I went ahead and shot using the PIP and it was good. Tried the main reticle and it had a different impact point (100 yds). I went in and started from scratch for zeroing the scope and still they do not line up. I have the LRF and that bracket is off as well. All was fine last season. I've written pulsar, but wondered if anyone else experienced this. I've had it 3 years and never had a POI issue and this seems different than what others have experienced....maybe not.

Coincidence the warranty is up and there's a malfunction. Always seems to happen that way.

My Trail XQ50 was that way when I got it. Thought it was normal. However both line up on my Trail 2 XQ50. Never saw any POI difference between the 2 reticles with the 1st Trail. I think there is a related thread somewhere on PM.

Just got a response from Pulsar stating that this is "normal", which I don't quite understand since they were aligned the past 3 years and had the same POI. I could run the continuous LRF bracket right where the PIP reticle was, now it will have to be moved back and forth.

I have one that’s about 5 years old and 1 three years old. Ive noticed at times the PIP moves usually to the left. I aim at something with the main crosshairs and the PIP has always been aiming at the same thing so I call it good. Maybe explains a little variation in hits.
