i use a powder called blood stop. we use it on the ranch when we dehorn calves.

I had a dog get his ear split last weekend and it didn't want to stop bleeding. I ended up getting enough pressure on it to get some superglue to encase it and stop it. Would this quick clot have been a good thing in this situation?

kyle, not anytime I have tried. best thing on the ears I have found is super glue, theres been times like your that it was bleeding to much, I have some stuff I use making knives, you spray it on the glue and it gets hard right then, then put a second coat of glue on and in about three weeks it will fall off and the ear is good as new
