Jim87, Alliant recommends 25.5 gr of RL 15 for most 55 gr bullets. I've tested RE-15, H335, Varget and Vihta Vhori N133. All gave good results (@ 100 yds) but my best grouping in a Savage Model 12 VLP come from 25.8 Gr of Varget and 24.8 Gr of VV N133. All were pushing a Sierra 55 gr Matchking bullet.
