Y'all are TOTALLY correct on RCBS's customer service. They are truly GREAT to deal with. I describe some of my dumb stunts w/ the UniFlow measure and they are sending me some replacement parts free. My even consider my suggest to put a note in LARGE print inside the tube about how and what to do with a new measure.
 
RCBS is one of the stand outs in customer care...they are very well known for all their helpful advise, qucik service, and always exceeding your expectations. I stuck a case in a compititon Mic die, and when I called for advise, they said send it in, and we will look at it for you...6 days later a brand new in the wrapper set of Comp Mic dies arrived, along with a new 308 case, and a note telling me it wasn't really stuck...just a little off centered...NO bill, and no other explination....They are too cool...

I lost the balance beam for a RCBS 505 scale and called them and told them I lost it and that it was my own dumb fault. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif
