Not to hijack the thread, has anyone found an external battery tray or a way to use regular batteries.  When an emergency arises and you need the FLIR NOW, who has time to charge the batteries?  What are you guys doing?  Do you leave it on the charger all the time and is that OK?  I think there's an engineer that should be looking for a new job.  I'd much rather be able to drop in a new set of batteries, and go.
