These are a better way to go. Set your FL die in the middle of thickness range, then you have the ability to go nudge your headspace to suit either direction.
Works fantastic when you have multiple rifles chambered in the same cartridge. Keep notes on which size you use for each gun, & never a need to change the lock ring on the die again.
