Redfield Rampage

I see several people are liking the Redfield Revolution scopes now that Leupold has taken over. Does anyone have experience with the Rampage spotting scope? It's specs are decent and reviews n Cabelas are promising. I'm just cautious of how much stock to put into those product reviews.

I have seen a few threads on different forums about them and everybody that had one was impressed. I will be getting one this year to take on a Prong horn hunt. IMO if it is made/marketed by Leupold it will be a decent product. I am like you I really don't put much faith in a review.

I have been thinking about the rampage also. Like you have found reviews to be great, but don't trust random reviews when it comes to glass.

Would love to here some first hand experience from here.

I got a 4-12x40 and will recomend them to anyone. It is clear and it tracks good when we shoot at 300 and 400 yards and returns to zero everytime.(Not sure if I used proper wording but by tracking I mean how many clicks to change POI to further ranges and return to home.)

Yes, I know several members are fans of the Revolutions for shooting out to 400 yds. I'm asking about the Rampage Spotting Scope. Unfortunately just cause Redfield makes a quality entry level rifle scope it doesn't translate to quality entry level spotting scopes needed to have a reasonably sharp picture beyond a 1000 yds. Might be too new for many people to have them yet.

How about another too new scope in the Leupold Ventana?
