Redfield Revolution Tac-x scope?

204 AR

Anyone try this one yet? 3x9x40, has 15 moa per revolution and a reticle with hash marks every 2 moa. The only review I've read was positive, tracked perfectly, light, and a good value. This is the Oregon made line of Redfield btw. I thought it might be a good match for my light 264 lbc AR. I only wish they made the 4-12 with these features I'd jump all over it.

It's likely very similar to the Leupold mark AR, but in moa instead of mils. That scope has VX-1 glass, which they call multicoat 4. I would expect the made in America redfields to have either vx-1 quality glass, or slightly below it. I would not expect the redfields to surpass the mark AR line. I'm sure the internals, and turrets are great, but for about $20 more I have to admit I would want it to say Leupold. (Unless you need moa.)
