Reloader 7 in .223

I have a chance to buy some Reloader 7 from a fellow who is getting out of the shoting game. I reload mostly .223 with 50 gr V-max. Any one ever use this powder in this caliber?

I use it quite a bit. I have had great results with it in the .223 with 40 grain bullets. It is one of my favorite powders, a lot like IMR 4198.

I'm with Nevarmiter
I also use re-7 in my .223 with sierra 40gr hollow point.
It shoots great and meters very accurate through my Dillan powder measure.

Thanks much. I found some load data for RL-7 from 18.5 grains to 24.2 grains with Remington 7-1/2 Primers for 40 gr bullets. I'll start there.
