If he has a computer there is probably no need to even give him a manual. I have a Speer #5 that I wouldn't give up, and I like the Lyman Manual, but virtually any load combination for any caliber can be found on the computer without having to buy a bunch of different manuals. You could give him a manual just for quick reference, but as stated, I go on the computer most of the time for load data anymore.
Hodgdon reloading is one excellent source for reloading data, and not just for their powder.
