Well if I read your question correctly, you are talking about two different animals. The Hornady books is 900+ pages long and gives specific loads on a wide ranges loads, whereas the ABC of Reloading (8th Edition) is a general guide on reloading that's is 288 pages long. Both are very useful and worthwhile books to own. Hope that answers your question if it was a question.
