I really like the look and feel of the rifle. You just cant find shells to shoot it. I guess Im gonna have to find a handloader. I would like to know the twist rate but cant find it.
The .222 Magnum is an excellent cartridge.
The twist rate on your rifle is 14". If you handload, you can load soft point bullets up to 55 grains, and plastic tipped bullets (V-Maxs and BlitzKings, etc) up to 50 grains.
Brass is almost always in production, but sometimes it is out of stock... just ask your dealer to order it for you, or you can order it from some of the handloading mail order dealers.
Loaded ammo is a little more expensive, because it is a limited run cartridge, but Remington does load it on a limited run basis.
If you guys don't want to keep the rifle, drop me a PM /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
