Well I have finally found the semi-auto shotgun I want well 2 of them and now have them both. Mossberg 935 and Remington 1187 supermag.

Pretty sure I am going to be keeping the Mossberg 935(am a sucker for camo).

Whats a good price to ask for a like new condition 1187 SPS Supermag, I have the Gun value book from 3 years ago but wanting a real world opinion. Its all black with the sps stock. Real nice shoot skeet last weekend and was cycling 90-95% of the target/dove loads.

Honestly no the 935 didnt want to cycle the 2 3/4 at all but was very dirty. Is my first semi auto I cleaned it before taking it out but didnt take it all the way down the tube in the stock was nasty dirty dont know if that was a factor or not. But the 11-87 cycled almost all of the shells. I was also using some older shells that had some rust spot on them from moisture. I like the 935 better because I have shot my dads and I like how it is when shouldered. Remington didn't skip a beat at all. If I wasn't trying to different rifle right now I wouldn't sell it.

Thanks, I was just curious..the 11-87 I bought has a ring to install to help it cycle the 2.75" shells. A friend told me after a couple hundred rounds that his will work without the ring..maybe because he reloads for it (?).
