Totally agree, an excellent tutorial and should be combined and pinned. Very helpful.
Even if you buy the RCBS kit that includes all of the components, I still find I need a stack of washers or nuts as indicated in this tutorial.
Does anyone else put the die in the freezer for a couple of hours after drilling and tapping, but before attempting to pull the case? The theory being to take advantage of the contraction.
I'm very wary of putting too force on the case and possibly ripping the threads out and then really being hosed, so I put this in the category of "can't hurt". There's no objective way to know if it always or sometimes helps make pulling the case easier, but I personally have been doing it just in case it provides a little extra benefit.
