I found a model 7 aac I'm thinking about using on a build but I don't like the rough finish on the bolt and receiver and would prefer it krylon, cerakote or duracoat something other than that rough factory finish. Is there a way that is not "risky" for me to do this or should I leave it for a professional if I decide to go that route?
