Have a mossberg mmr was wanting to put a different trigger in it was wondering what everyone recommend for a good choice. Am new to the ars and am curious

I orderd a timney 3# for mine through the PM group buy.Have you shot yours with the factory trigger and if so what did you think? I have not fired mine yet been waiting on scope and rings but got it all ready to go last night and of course the wind was blowing 30mph today so i will wait for a better day.

+1, RRA is a good setup.

+2. Love my RRA national match trigger...

I installed a Gieselle SSA-E and really like it. practically all my ARs have a 2 stage but only one Gieselle. I like the 2 stage especially if you are wearing gloves. the match triggers can be too light for hunting in my opinion.

love the Geissele SSA-E!

I like the Timney 3# ($200) for safety in a AR. Do not lose the little set screws. I put a little grease on a 4in allen wrench to hold the set screw.

I have a JARD ($160) in my calling rifle 2.5#. That is with the 3# coil spring.
I can change to a 1.5# spring for $6.
You do have to tap thru the grip screw hole. You must use a relieved tap.

Is the RRA NM trigger really that good? You would take it over a Jewel? Just don't seem possible. I have a jewel 2 stage and its the best thing since sliced cheese. Can RRA make a better trigger at 2/3 the cost?

Depending on how much you want to pay, check out Geissele's line. Their High Speed NM "Match Rifle" is adjustable, easy as most to install, pretty straightforward when adjusting. Little pricey. This is my only experience with Geissele triggers, and I like it so much it took the place of a 3lb Timney that is now selling on eBay.

I also have a RRA 2 stage in a 15-22 and love it, great trigger especially for the price.

I hear alot of good feedback about many triggers. Probably can't go too wrong with any listed here.
