Yes, I figured out the problem and you were right. Sorta. It turns out that the actual opening that the trigger slides thru was lightly touching the trigger so a little judicious filing on the trigger opening on both sides and it works perfectly. Maybe that's what you meant and if it was you were absolutely right. But your post got me to looking for anywhere it could be making contact and there it was plain as day and how I did not see that ..... old eyes I guess.
That was the first one I have not gotten to the second one yet to see if that's the issue with it as well. Since they have consecutive serial #'s I am guessing they have the same problem. Thanks guys.
The pins did mike slightly smaller but it does not seem to matter.
One more point... I called Plum Crazy on Tuesday and left a message still have not heard back so CS there seems a little lacking.
