Resizing Photos Question

Since Photo-Bucket has changed how we can re-size photos and this board allows photos 600x600 what are y'all using to resize your photos prior to posting?

Weasel I just ran into that problem not too long ago. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have windows xp and it comes equiped with Photoimpression 4. You just open your photo with this program click "Edit" on the left hand column. On the bottom right hand corner it'll show the current width and height of the photo youve selected. Change the width to 600 and the height will automatically adjust. Click "resize" and just save the change and then go to photobucket.

I use the available amount of space included with my I.S.P. to upload my pics. Most isp's offer plenty of space with your service and more space is available at a small amount. I resize in Paint Shop Pro. Then I upload to my webspace with Ipswich WS-FTP Pro. From there its a simple matter of attaching it to a thread on a site such as this. Seems like a lot of work but once figured out, I can have a pic from my camera on PM in about two minutes, and that time includes updating my website. I rarely have time to update or change my site but its neet to have and handy to use for pics.

I'm just using MS paint. Open it up in paint, then hit the image tab and then to stretch/skew. If it's 640 wide, which they are if I take them and email them to myself from my camera phone, I just skew it 70% by 70% and then save it. When uploaded it fits the PM under 600 criteria fine and is big enough to make out what ya want to show.
