Rise Armament 22 ARC upper VS CMMG or something else

Thinking about a 22 ARC complete upper and one of them I'm looking at is from Rise Armament but I know nothing about them. Are they good, bad, mediocre, or a total POS and I should steer clear of them??

Another I've looked at is a complete upper from CMMG.

Price for the Rise Armament is 799 and if I recall the CMMG was 899 so they're similar in price but I know next to nothing about either one so any and all help would be appreciated. If there is something else that is better and similar in price I am open to suggestions.

I'd prefer one from Seekins since there stuff has always been good for me but they don't make one, at least not yet.
 
I have friends that photograph for Rise, but know very few that actually shoot their full rifles or uppers. Mostly know them because of their triggers of course. They seem to be good quality items. I don't have any personal experience with CMMG's current offerings, but have been dealers for them in the past.

I'd think that you'd be satisfied with either option, and if you're not building your own, buying one from either manufacturer would be a good option.
